Hi There. I'm Peter Radowsky.

Welcome to ConstructionSherpa.

My construction career started at the age of 16, working for my family’s contracting company. From after-school shifts to weekends and summer vacations, I immersed myself in the business and developed a passion for building that has stayed with me ever since.

While studying engineering and architecture at college, I continued working for my family’s business, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that complemented my academic pursuits.

After college, I started managing complex multimillion-dollar projects for developers and construction companies. From large-scale home developments and luxury custom homes for professional athletes to restaurants, apartment buildings, luxury hotels, and even a ski condominium resort on a mountainside, I’ve tackled it all!

Over the years, I’ve earned my general contractor’s license in New York, California, and Nevada, and passed the licensing exam in Florida. I also deepened my architectural expertise, designing new houses, additions, and kitchens and bathrooms for private clients.

Hard work, high standards, and integrity are at the heart of everything I do. I understand that home improvements are a significant investment, and I’ve seen too many homeowners lose thousands—sometimes even hundreds of thousands—due to poor workmanship and untrustworthy contractors. Over the years, I’ve been brought in to rescue troubled projects and provide expert testimony on residential construction issues, from defects to contract breaches. That’s why I created ConstructionSherpa: to give homeowners the knowledge and tools they need to confidently navigate the construction process. Through our online courses and consulting services, I offer clear, actionable guidance to help you successfully manage your renovation from start to finish.
